Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the mobile game “4 in a row Arena”, including versions distributed under localized names depending on the language or region, published by FelFel Studio on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
If you use the app on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that person.
2. App license
FelFel Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform where you downloaded the app.
You do not own the app. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the app, except where allowed by mandatory law.
3. Age and eligibility
The app is not specifically directed to children under the age required by local law. If you are under the age required to accept these Terms, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the activity of children using the app on their devices, including purchases and interactions with ads or local-network multiplayer.
4. Local profile and player name
The app does not require you to create an online account. The game uses a local player profile to save progress, settings, rewards, inventory, achievements, and related gameplay data.
You may choose or edit a display name/pseudonym in the app. You are responsible for the display name you choose. Your display name must not be offensive, unlawful, misleading, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringe the rights of others.
The display name/pseudonym is not intentionally sent to Firebase Analytics or Mixpanel analytics. If you use local-network multiplayer, your display name can be visible to other players on the same local network.
5. Local-network multiplayer
The app may include local-network multiplayer features that allow players on the same Wi-Fi or local network to discover, host, join, and play games together.
When using local-network multiplayer, your display name, player ID, game name, connection address, and gameplay messages can be exchanged with other players on the same local network.
You agree not to use local-network multiplayer to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, exploit, disrupt, or harm other users, devices, or networks.
6. In-app purchases and virtual items
The app offers real-money in-app purchases through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple in-app purchase services on iOS. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple depending on your platform. FelFel Studio does not receive or store your payment card details.
In-app purchases may unlock or grant virtual items, virtual currency, rewards, upgrades, cosmetics, or other digital content for use inside the app.
Virtual items and virtual currency:
- have no real-money value outside the app;
- cannot be exchanged for real money;
- are non-transferable;
- may be subject to gameplay balance changes, bug fixes, or content updates;
- may be lost if local save data is deleted, reset, corrupted, or not restored from a backup.
All purchase transactions, refunds, cancellations, and payment issues are handled by the platform provider where you made the purchase, such as Google Play or Apple. Refund rights, if any, are governed by the applicable platform rules and mandatory consumer laws.
7. Ads and rewarded ads
The app shows ads, including rewarded ads and interstitial ads, through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
Rewarded ads may offer optional in-game rewards in exchange for watching or completing an ad. Rewards can fail to be granted if the ad is not completed, if there is a technical issue, if the app is closed, or if the platform/provider does not confirm completion.
Ads are provided by third-party advertising services. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, third-party websites, or third-party offers shown through advertising networks.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- exploit bugs, cheats, automation, bots, modified clients, memory editing, or unauthorized tools;
- interfere with the app, its systems, ads, purchases, analytics, or security features;
- attempt to access data, systems, or networks without authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- use offensive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or infringing names or behavior;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of others;
- use the app in a way that violates platform rules, including Google Play or Apple App Store rules.
9. Intellectual property
The app, including its code, gameplay systems, artwork, graphics, user interface, audio, text, animations, names, logos, and other content, is owned by FelFel Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may only use the app as allowed under these Terms.
10. Updates, changes, and availability
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including gameplay rules, rewards, virtual items, prices, ads, features, and content.
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, add content, change compatibility, or comply with legal or platform requirements.
The app may not always be available, error-free, or compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
11. Third-party services and platform terms
The app uses third-party services, including Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Mixpanel, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, Apple in-app purchase services, and platform services provided by Google Play and Apple.
Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms and policies of the platform where you downloaded it, including Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.
12. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected or processed, how it is used, and what choices are available.

13. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FelFel Studio disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FelFel Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of revenue, device issues, interruption of use, or inability to access the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and uninstall it from your device.
We may suspend or terminate access to features, content, or services if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or the rights of others.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, privacy, and platform-specific terms.
16. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may still apply.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first at felfel.studio.contact@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Apple App Store additional terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and FelFel Studio, not Apple.
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- FelFel Studio is responsible for providing support for the app. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- FelFel Studio, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
